These Terms govern your use of SmartKeyboard. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

SmartKeyboard is an iOS keyboard extension and companion app that transforms selected text using on-device or cloud AI providers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use SmartKeyboard.

3. Accounts and Subscriptions

Some features may require paid subscription access through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled through your Apple account settings.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the service for illegal, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the app or related services.
• You remain responsible for content you submit or publish.

5. AI Output Notice

AI-generated output can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing output before use.

6. Third-Party Services

Use of OpenAI, Google Gemini, Apple services, and any payment provider may be subject to their separate terms and privacy policies.

7. Intellectual Property

SmartKeyboard and related branding are protected by applicable laws. You retain ownership of your original text.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or misuse of the service.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

SmartKeyboard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
